A weekend, the one in Vallelunga, that, as said, saw big improvements during a not easy weekend, characterized by the bad weather from Thursday, when the rain and the unsureness let the space to the sun and dry, changing a bit all the weekend and its normal behaviour.
Matteo Morri, racing as usual in the Moto3 class, completed his best weekend of the season, showing up a big growth, a very important starting point for the next season, with the young Bucci Moto rider who finished both the races in the points zone, closing up the gap with the best riders of Moto3 class, the elite class of the italian championship.
A big progress also for the BR17GP3, who saw used its potential, on a technical track, complete and not easy like this one, which altern slow corners to fast ones, with restart from zero and important straights. So, a very important test bench for a bike and a team which in this season, as well as the riders, made big improvements during the year.
Big progress also for Samuele Santi, at his debut in the big Vallelunga, as he always raced in the short one in the minor classes, with the young Bucci Moto rider who, after a difficult qualifying, was able to show his best in the race, recovering both the times to the point zone, gaining also a top 10 in race 2 to end an absolute positive season.
A positive season which finishes like this for Bucci Moto, who want to thanks all the people that made part of this, starting from the team members, sponsors, fundamental in their support for the realization of this project, to end then with the riders and their families, with a big thank to Matteo Morri, Francesco Mongiardo and Samuele Santi, who believed in the potential of the Bucci Moto project and they wanted to race this season with the colors of the company from Felino.
Now, the start of the 2021 project, which will see once again Bucci Moto consolidate itself in the Italian Speed Championship, at the start of which the team of Claudio Bucci will present itself with one more bike comparing to this season and the unchanged willing to show its potential.
Claudio Bucci: “I am satisfied of this weekend at Vallelunga, very complicated due to the weather, but in which we made a big step forward under every aspect, both from a technical side and riders’ one. Matteo and Samuele made two very good races, making good laptimes and getting both the times in the points zone, important target not easy to reach it. I am satisfied of this season, we got some troubles due to the young age of the project, especially with the Moto3, but we were able to solve them and we gave our 100% in every condition, giving proofs of seriety and willing, which from the beginning are parts of our company. I want to thank all the people who were part of this season, our sponsors, riders and their families to believe in us and in our project. We are convinced of this road, we will work hard during the winter to be even more prepared and we can’t wait to come back on track in 2021!”
