Claudio Bucci: “I am extremely satisfied about how we finished the Campionato Italiano Velocità Junior and to be able to finish in 3rd place overall with Luca Maria. We all made an incredible job in our first year in this category with a new bike to develop, but which showed to be at the level of the rivals, allowing us to fight for the important positions and get 3 podiums. I am happy about this third place because it’s deserved and pays us from all the efforts, also from Luca Maria for a season in which he improved a lot to fight with more experienced riders than him. Reason why I’m very happy and I hope we will be able to continue our adventure together. For sure we will continue with this winning project, the MiniGP, is a formative category, reason why we will continue with the target to even grow up. We want to thank all the people and the sponsor who supported us this season and to who we dedicate this result. Thanks to all!”
Luca Maria Casagrande Contardi: “From the beginning, the MiniGP looked me like a very good championship and battled one, and the idea to start this new challenge electrized me and at the same time worried me, but thanks to the work of the team and mine we were able to be competitive from the start and I’m very happy for this. The category teached me a lot and I liked it a lot, I found myself very well with the team and we could work well and thanks to all we could finish 3rd overall, a result that for me it’s like a win. After the first race, in which we didn’t have targets, we started to believe, both me and Claudio and the results arrived one by one, reason why I’m very satisfied. Thanks to this category I felt very well on the Premoto3 test, because the riding style is the same and helped me a lot, showing to be very formative. It has been an amazing experience and I want to thank all my family, all the team Bucci Moto and the sponsor and all my city Palazzo di Assisi, which supported me and love me!”
